About the Role

1. Drafting and reviewing Agreement
2. Preparing and presence report to partner on the task and its progress from time to time
3. Legal opinion, law suit, Due diligence, demand letter
4. Coordinate with Governments Institution
5. Intellectual property rights application
6. Translating documents
7. Identifying new regulatory issues
8. Negotiate
9. Litigation and Non-Litigation

Requirements

1. Maximum age: 35 years old

2. Obtained Advocate License (KTPA)

3. Candidate must possess at a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Master’s degree in Law from reputable university in Indonesia or overseas

4. Graduated from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00

5. 3 years of experience in Law Firm is required

6. Strong leadership

7. Proficient in English is a must (both oral and written)

8. Proficient in Ms. Office (word, excel, power point, etc)

9. Excellent organizational and time management skills

10. Excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation skills

11. High integrity, honest, committed and responsible

12. Proactive and initiative

13. Being able to work under pressure and overtime

14. Willing to work at Gajah Mada, West Jakarta
